Information
Around 3 months ago I started an idea, an adventure, a beginning. Since then, I have not had enough time to work on it fully. I am looking for someone who is capable of owning the server with me, who knows what they are talking about and has time to put in. I have so many ideas for this server, but just not enough time to execute them all.

I'm not quite sure what to call this role, whether it be a manager or a joint ownership. Nevertheless, I know exactly who I am looking for. You must be someone who is creative, who we can both bounce ideas off of each other. You need to be trustworthy and knowledgeable. I am looking for someone with experience in the server industry and not someone who is starting out. In the role, we will be creating this server, this journey together. We need to be by each others side, help each other, and encourage each other.

Specifics & Requirements
Although none of these are necessary, I'd prefer if you had some of the following traits and qualities.

Experience using XenForo.
A SpigotMC profile.
Plugin configuration experience.

The following list is things which I expect you to already have, and you cannot apply without possessing these qualities.

A Discord account.
A Google account (with access to google drive).
That you are fluent in English (preferably have this as your main/first language)
That you understand how to make your accounts secure, and that you use 2FA everywhere possible.
Experience in a managerial position.

Pay
Although I will not require you to put any money towards this project, you will get money out of it. This will be a percentage of the profits made after the main expenses are deducted. This percentage will be discussed in private, however, please be aware it will be above 25%.
