By adding more information about yourself (such as age, past experiences, how long you've been staffing etc), it'll give people recruiting staff an idea of who you are and how you work. It should give you more of a chance at becoming a staff member too.
Do you have any experiences, skills, resume, or even an info about yourself? The thread feels lackluster and unconvincing. Maybe work on your grammar as well since manager/mod are pretty high positions.
Not to trash your thread or anything, it's just that there are better options out there that have better threads, experiences, skills, and a resume. Plus, some also work for free. I recommend looking for servers that are currently requesting staffs and build your portfolio first rather than making an empty thread that no one's going to be interested in. Good luck :tup:
