Manager needed [ Paid ]

Hello there,
I'm AodX [ ZedKun ], The owner of Avolore server [ IP : Play.Avolore.Com ], i have had this server for a while, my server is good, the only thing im missing is a manager to help us out with searching for YouTubers, help me add ideas to the server and help us out get a player base, so we can start advertising for the server, ( Why i want a player base ? because we can't add our server to server lists as a advertisement without having constant amount of players who play daily on it, because if you pay for advertisement without having any players on the server, it will be useless, because no one would want to join an empty server, even if its the best server out there )

so we are looking for a guy who is ready to get paid to help us grow our player base,
we got a discord server with over 200 players on it, but sadly when i opened the server, barely 10 joined, so i'm trying to get at least 15-20 constant players that will play daily on it, so we can start advertising for it.
