I dont have the playerbase of our hub but that is our kitpvp playerbase.

What will a manager have access to in terms of server access? I don't know whether I can speak for multiple people, but if I held a manger position and was told to put some money into a server, I wouldn't want to be restricted to banning - I'd want to be able to monitor various aspects of the network.

You will be head of a department, so you will be able to monitor that whole compartment of the server. Further details and permissions have to be discussed, you have to think manager as an Admin.
