Manager of Small Business

Hi, I am currently looking for a manager for my small business, let me explain.

Who am I?
I am a 16 year old professional back-end developer looking to expand one of his projects.

What is this "small business"?
The business / project I am referring to is called the Snowday Calculator, a brand new website mainly used to determine the chance of whether the user will or will not have school, college, etc on a given day.

Now, I am sure you are curious to see what this project looks like, now as this is a work in progress, please direct message me if you are interested.

What am I looking for?
I am looking for one, or several individuals to help in expanding this project. These individuals will take care of taking care of ads, the social media accounts, the discord server, and advertising.

Payment?
I am not currently offering payment to these individuals; however, in the near future, payment is definitely possible, once we do work on expanding the website and the overall project.

Progress?
We have been able to advertise our website a little bit getting to around 1000-4000 visitors each day.

I personally think this idea is flawed, as the weather is bound to change and isn't always predicted to be 100% correct. What would this "calculator" be based on? Weather reports? Otherwise, this calculator will never be 100% accurate. Weekly forecast are normally more accurate as they only determine the weather within 7 days. A calculator that determines which day has snow at any given time is going to be quite inaccurate. About it determining if you'll have school, college, etc. that day is another subject entirely. "Snowdays" are entirely based on if there is ice on the road and the standards of the school system (some are more lenient than others) not "how much snow" there is.

Unless you can provide other reasoning/facts to go against my above reasoning I see no point in anyone wanting to work as a Manager for this project. This is not to "flame" your post, this is simply to ask the necessary questions in order for others to understand the concept of this project.

What I find funny is how you spend an hour writing up a paragraph to trash someone's thread on a block game forum. Go waste your time else where. Also I have no idea where your getting your information from, assuming that I have not thought the Snowday Calculator through, you think I wouldn't base a project that has to do with weather on weather reports? Of course I would.

I had "assumed" you had not thought this through simply because you didn't provide a lot of information showing that you did. I apologize if it came off as "trashing", I simply asked a question in regards to the concept of this project in hopes of learning more. For most writers, it would take an hour, but it only took me 20 minutes. It wasn't a waste of my time seeing that I had learned some new information about you and your project.

I had "assumed" you had not thought this through simply because you didn't provide a lot of information showing that you did. I apologize if it came off as "trashing", I simply asked a question in regards to the concept of this project in hopes of learning more.
