Hi, my name is justin or just call me fanno im 18 and have been staffing for about 4+ years. Im currently looking for a new challenge of becoming a Manager or Admin+ on a newly emerging server. I have been staff on a popular server known as skybounds 1 but sadly this server closed and a new one was opened. This server had a 3k player base and 10k discord base which is a lot but im looking for a new server to help with and show my skills. Highest rank achieved was admin unfortunately spending 3months at this placement but have been staff of this server for 2yrs+. I have been involved in some smaller server growing but have found it tricky staying due to lack of communication and lack of tasks a Manager should for fill. Last staffing job was a server that asked me to complete developer roles that i didnt for fill due to it being there responsiblily.
Why am i looking for a new server, well im looking for a new server to show my skills and intentions and help it grow and compete with top servers. I have a wide range of strengths for the job such as knowing nearly every hack and hack client and how its noticeable, i have also understood how to run a team or two and keep them well motivated to staff the servers. Another skill ill like to say is ik how to balance irl and my job, irl is a strong thing that should be considered first before completing a role as a manager or any staff and i now have a lot of time on my plate due to corona and college finishing early i can put around 30+hours a week to make sure a server is produced and kept community playing.
