So I've owned a lot of successful servers in the past and I'm now working on a new server set to release next weekend but I don't have as much time as I used to. I need someone to help me manage the server and this means:

- cover all the basics like staff (we already have a team)
- make sure everything is on track most importantly support through stuff like the ticket system on Discord so they aren't piling up
- be able to edit files and think on your own... if I'm not there and something is lagging the server would you be able to sort that out? I will be there most of the time but this is the most important one.

Payment of course or a deal based on % is also possible.
