I am Supportives. On of the ceo's of winter team. We from winter team are looking for a second manager. That will be paid per week.

Requirements:
-Able to be online around 5 hours a day (atleast in the weekends)
-Able to speak fluently english.
-Able to make good threads that actually convince people
-Able to invest atleast a little bit of money in our team

I'm able to invest a bit, and I've worked with communities much larger for free. Though it is odd a paid position requires you to make investments.

And wouldn’t he just use the money he pays us to use for his business or server

I'm pretty sure you don't pay people to earn money. A manager as a friend who helps with the server can invest, a professional manager has his job and is paid, not investing.
