Looking for a manager for an upcoming network of mine. Do not worry about the name or anything of that nature. Its going to be a fairly large server as I am going to buy a few slots back to back. The game modes will have factions, prison, skyblock, a custom gamemode, and more to come. Ill list the requirements.

If you went for an interview, and the employer asked you a question, you would answer it, you wouldn't go on and include parts which aren't relevant, for example;

How old are you? 'My legal age is 15' would be the wrong answer.

I am talking about the Application not the Interview adding detail to an application is a lot different than an interview but anyways regardless of what we think its really up to the owner so if he does not like it then he does not like it, end of story really.

Past management positions: I have only ever owned and operated servers, as I found that this is definitely more lucrative. However, after realizing that my time would be better spent making money, I have decided to now work under people. I have owned servers ranging from simple factions servers all the way to entire networks with 5 or so gamemodes. Some of my most known are Gods of M.C., Acid Islands (the first Acid Islands server), and my on and off personal server Satelliting. Most of the time, I am able to get all of my servers to 5-10 online at all times within a month, and then it gradually grows from there.

Past servers setup/improved: I have worked on personal setups for people in the past, but nothing more than just simple things to be honest. However, I have worked on almost all top 20 premium and free server plugins founds on Spigot and a bunch more that are not at the top.

I would also like to say in terms of other experience, I own and operate an actual business buying and selling things and make well over $1,000 a month doing that, but in doing so this gives me loads of time in being able to dedicate my time to providing quality and professional service to a management position like this. Past management positions: Was Admin on VenomCraft (VCGaming) or other alias(s) for 2 years. Through its time it averaged 300 players in its prime. (Was a single factions server)
Past servers setup/improved: None but undoubtedly my skills do not lack, I have owned a vast range of servers averaging from 50 - 200 players average. Almost all were Factions servers as thats my preferred gamemode. To be specific I owned HybridMC which average 50 -100 players daily. And I owned LethalPvP which averaged 50 or below players daily. And currently am working on a project, you can see in my signature. On release date of DCFactions we got 40-50 Players. Which has moderately died since due to a lack of advertising/new features. We kinda just went to fix bugs this reset, which actually ends this week. Although this may seem like a conflicting interest, I can reassure you its not, as I don't run DCFactions by myself. I have a large team of very experienced staff.

Past management positions: Server Owner, couple of staff position on previous small servers.

Past servers setup/improved: Throughout my previous experience with setting up minecraft servers, I have learned alot of skills ranging from basic Java (though if given source code I am very capable of following the logic of the code therefore if edits need to be made I would be more than capable of doing so. If you would like an example of this I would be more than happy to provide this), somewhat moderate experience with VPS', as well as Xenforo. One of my strong skills is my dedication in retrospect when I was setting up one of my minecraft servers I usually get so caught up in the work that hours pass by astonishingly fast (I can provide an example of this aswell [the server]). Throughout the duration of my time spent with setting up servers I have became very aware of money management mainly in advertising and paying for external costs (this includes but is not limited to server bills). I also became very aware of method to help externalize costs for income as I've had to raise enough money to help keep the server alive. In one of of my most recent servers I was able to gain $200+ in donations within the first week of launching (I understand this would seem like chump change, though for me this was a good accomplishment as I didn't have that much funding), out of all the many servers that I've launched at least 2 of them have been able to reach $200+. I was able to net profit ~ $150 - 160 (I am also capable of providing this information as well) some of the methods that I used to achieve this was to do alot of research on a topic that I needed completed, but felt that the cost was too high (I can provide an example of this).

I know I'm a new user to the site, but I have some decent skills dealing with the skills that you desire for your network.​

I am 17 years old right now, and turning 18 in October.

Past management positions:
I have been a Co-Owner and Moderator through my time playing Minecraft, sadly though the servers that I had been working for had come to an for obvious reasons, the ability to advertise the server and the insane difficulty to recruit a Youtuber. As of now I am currently working on a server with a few friends, though it has seemed to come to a halt because of the lack of advertising and community.

Past servers setup/improved:

• *Serenity Games - Serenity Games, a network based on the community, what we could do as the staff to increase their experience in any way. My position as stated, I was a Co-Owner of this network, while help managing this network, I would be given many tasks, such as help managing the staff team, asking for feed back from the community. While this server only lasted a couple of months, it went so far, the servers player base would hang around 20-50 players depending the date and time. As I had a high position I would be tasked to help with configuring some plugins, making them look nice and clean on screen for the player. The server being developed with a custom aspect, the owner made custom plugins for UHC and Murder Mystery.

• * McLucid - Mclucid, a server based on new opportunities and meeting new friends, people in general. As the server started off it gradually increased from a minimum player base of 10 to having around 30-50 at one point of its existence. Me being a new player I applied for staff and was granted the helper rank, a couple months down the line, I was granted the Mod rank and title. Since I wasn't high on the staff chain, I would recommend ideas and try to help around the server as much as I could. This sever happening around a year almost, since then I have been increasing my skills with configuring plugins and managing a community in a whole. The server though being ended, for the lack of advertisement from a youtuber and the owner leaving for a bit.

About Me: Hello, my actual name is Noah, I am currently a junior in high school where I am mostly enrolled in honors courses and other electives. I am very patient and I like to socialize with people and all around have a good time, always keeping a fresh outlook on most situations. Owner of FireCraft Server: I have basically played a very important role in remaking the whole server and converting that one single server to a multiserver network. Building websites and updating its website from time-to-time is the only work I've been doing now.
Owner of the upcoming server GeoCities: Well, that line is sefl-explanatory
Admin in Dimensional Craft server: Again developing the websites, and updating the server from 1.5.2 to 1.11.2, making the server compaitable from 1.11.2 to 1.5.2, custom plugins and builds + to some extent management and advertising the server. Since the server has been recently made, there is a small base, but you can say the base is enough for a recently opened for the server
Past servers setup/improved: Not a lot of servers, Im trying out my builds for PvPMasters, again DimensionalCraft and WishMC
