My name is Puddles and I am one of 3 owners of the Phantix Network! This server is currently under development, so that means we are looking for the perfect candidate to fill our manager / plugin configurator slot!

We take pride in the work we do, so we are looking for someone who takes just as much pride for their work as well. This does mean you must have a portfolio of some type, or a resume for this application!
You must be willing to have a flexible schedule, we do accommodate for those who have school or full time jobs.
We do ask you are able to not only be transparent with the Owners, but the entire staff team as a whole. You should also make an effort to act part of the team and not a 3rd party. We would like to hire someone long term.
We are open to discuss this being a PAID position, but we are not looking to pay hourly wages or monthly payments. We will base pay off of individual assignments or a group of tasks you’ve completed. Will be discussed in more detail upon interview.
You must be able to configure plugins, be active with opened tickets through other discord servers, and be able to get assignments done within a timely manor.
This position is not to be taken lightly, for we are looking for a serious candidate. We are very lenient with our team, but we do require you be active and very communicative. We have a 0 tolerance policy for disrespect with other staff and our community as a whole. If you do choose to violate our community guidelines, immediate termination will be put into effect.
