Hello everyone!
As I have stated before & as I will again I've decided to start up a prison server.
The server is going to need much input of time, development and management, therefore
I'm requiesting a manager for my server. But you have to meet a few requirements to be able to apply for the manager role.

(!) You are 15 years old of age, or older.
(!) You are taking the role serious.
(!) You have past experience with management.
(!) You have enough time for the job.
(!) You are professional and you're not wasting both mine and your time.
(!) You are able to work voluntarily.

If you meet these requirements feel free to contact me on discord, there we can talk further about your position and what is going to happen.

In all fairness, there is only so much you can demand from a volunteer Manager. If you're not offering some form of payment then you're in no position to demand a certain workload in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, you'd want to hire a hard working Manager no matter whether or not the position is commissioned or not but when you're not offering some form of payment you should be more flexible with your demands.

They never mentioned any amount of time that needs to be worked. They simply mentioned "(!) You have enough time for the job." Which the average person would take as a reasonable amount of time for the position.

To me, everything mentioned within the post is worded in a way that offers flexibility and isn't out of the ordinary for any staff member, especially for a management position.
