Manager Role - TBA Server, early stages

Dear Reader,

In this short introduction to the new server that I will be creating, i welcome you to the forum where you could be finding yourself a full time, part time position. Firstly we are in the early stages of development, very early.



Manager role must be in university or completing a degree in the field of business. Experience with Minecraft servers is a must as well.
We are looking for a head of Management to conduct all tasks, such as:

• Answering all questions relevant with the server to any new comers/staff
• Ensuring the proper operation of work is conducted
• Overseeing lower level positions, to ensure daily tasks are fulfilled.
• Creating employment contracts with staff. Overseeing by Founder
• Hiring the correct developers & staff for roles on the server. This includes Front end, back end, website, administrative roles , helper roles, etc, developers for the server. Overseeing by Founder
• Have an understanding of Australian Law, as this is where we will be directing operations from, payment awards and tax threshold will come from.
• Giving advice to the executive team, for success of the server.

Employment contract will be created when found the relevant personnel to take on the role. Pay, is addressed in the employment contract. Furthermore, the founder will arrange a Full time/part time contract with you.
