Hello there,

I am Synisty, and I'm running my own Personal Development business called Syn Development. So, I am in need of a Sales representative and/or a Manager. My offer is 10% of each order you find me. For example, if you find me a job of someone in need of a Personal Website for $50, you would get $5 since it's 10% of $50. In addition, if you will also become my Manager by talking to clients for me and more, I will up that payment to 15% or maybe even 20%. I have already received around multiple commissions and started this yesterday, so I believe that this offer is definitely fair, and maybe even better for you. Hmm, interesting opportunity... However, are you looking for a Sales Rep, as well as a Manager? Or, one or the other?

Not sure, you interested? I am mainly looking for one person who can be both for like 15% to 20%.

I am interested. However, how many commissions are you looking to get, as well as will you also be looking or just the person who takes the position?

I am looking to get 2+ commissions a day average. That will leave you with around $20 average per day, which isn't bad. Just guessing that the commissions will be worth $50 each.
