Before I will talk about me being a manager, I would first love to talk about who I am.
My name is Luka, I am currently 15 years of age and have been all around at servers since the beginning of 2016, I am mature for my age. I can understand things and know how to resolve problems easily. I love to learn new things and I learn from my mistakes. I am a Minecraft enthusiast and have been playing Minecraft since the beginning of 2015.

Below here, you will see my previous experience, I have also owned some servers which didn't 'open' so there is no point for adding them into my experience list.
ExperWasteCraft | Co-Owner » 2 years ago, me and a friend owned a server called WasteCraft. I dealed with the staff team, helped the owner with plugin configuration and organized events.
StaticVortex | Builder » Even this is not really a staff rank, I have learned a lot from it. StaticVortex was a small server with a 40-50 player base. Including Prison, SkyBlock and Factions. Currently, the server is re-opening.
InspireBuilds | Manager » After StaticVortex I made a build team together with a friend (Same as the one I owned WasteCraft) we had a small team and a couple of customers. I managed the builder positions and the jobs, after 2 months the owner quit Minecraft and Minecraft Market so the team accordingly stopped.
InsaneBrothers | Owner » About 3-4 months ago I owned a server called InsaneBrothers it was that time only Factions but was about to release Prison with a 40/50 player base, it was too small to upgrade to a network so that’s also the reason the server closed: player base dropped to 4/5 players then it lost it’s player base due the small player count online. I have learned a lot about the server: don’t make a full network too soon and use enough RAM to avoid lag spikes.
IntromitMC | Owner with Skane » IntromitMC is a MassivePvP server which Mainstream and I built a month ago. It had a small player base and a couple staff ranks. The server got sold to a new Owner which now takes care of it!
MCBuilds | Manager » I left MCBuilds at 5/1/17 due to some personal issues related my family. I might come back to the team because they were happy with my services.
What can I do?
Staff Manager » If needed, I could read and accept/deny staff applications, I could promote/demote staff members according to their behavior, evaluate them and give tips & tricks how to succeed being a staff member.
Player appeals/reports » A moderator’s job is to take care of appeals and reports, I would love to help them with this job if they need some extra help.

Overall thousands of Managers, why would you pick me? Well, I am well-experienced in running servers, so I know what to do and what not to do. I am really active in-game and on the forums, for my age am I really mature and professional.
Payment
I do charge, it won’t be much at all. This depends on the duties, player base and more. Prices always can be discussed!
