Work your way up on a server, Helper/Mod to Manager. This will take time but it will be worth it.

I would have to agree with Diamond, working you way up to that position, building experience is best before marketing yourself as a "Server Manager".

Hello Ilyaan, could have came to me for advice. Start off building yourself a portfolio, and offer yourself out to smaller servers. As soon as you gain these smaller experiences, you can advance and start offering yourself to more known network. I suggest getting someone to make you a nice thread design, to bring appeal to the thread. And don't be toxic as a manager, it'll bring your reputation down like you wouldn't believe. You also need to find out what kind of management you'd like to do, Adv Management, Staff Management, Project Management, and or Community Management. What I do is staff management, and community management. And I also dawdle in Adv Management. Experience doesn't come overnight, you need to build yourself over a certain amount of time. I've been doing this personally for 3 years, and have gained the vouches and reputation from multiple individuals within the community. Good luck!

I honestly agree with all of these people, I am in the midst of Management. I am brand new to MC-Market, I have very fast but also in a good manner built my portfolio somewhat decently large. I would start off as a Moderator/Helper and move your way up, as it helps a lot. The #1 thing that some Manager's do is only want the Client's money. Do not ever intentionally only want to be a Manager for someones money, you will end up with none. I recommend you definitely do this, work on a server as if you were working on your own! Build it to be at it's best, be the best, and stay the best at all times! I do love your passion for Management and I hope to see you out there like Diamond, and Snowcone, and Alistair .F and like all of these amazing other well-known Managers.

Greatest, and Kind Regards!

Hey, my tip is that you start as a low staff position such as helper/mod. I would recommend trying to get these positions at a popular server because it gives you more experience and credit. From there you would work your way up to a Sr.Mod-Admin position. When you feel like you have learned and experienced there enough, you will have to find an available management position or an administration position. From there you start working at higher staff positions, from my experience this is the best way to start management.
