Hello, today MCBuilds is looking for a manager that is capable of bringing us a good team and managing it. All info is down below.

Who we're looking for?

We are looking for a user who can organize and manage a professional build team. This user NEEDS to be already in contact with a bunch of experienced builders. What this user will do for us is manage our team and recruit professional builders keeping the team with at least 10 builders/terraformers at all times. This user needs to demote the builders/terraformers that don't have the capability of being on the team.

Requirements

-14+ years of age
-Known in the building community
-HAS contact with many builders/terraformers
-Experience with this sort of stuff
-Mature
-Professional
-Has Skype
-Has Discord

Payment

I have a budget of paying the manager up front ~$50 USD PayPal in order to do this job and manage our team. Before paying you, I need to get hosting sponsorship for a server and website.

I could do this job but I am just coming back to the minecraft community after over a year of inactivity. I used to have a lot of connections and ran two build teams, but most of the builders are no longer available or have me on Skype.

tldr; In terms of management experience I am the perfect person for this job but I no longer have the connections necessary for your expectations.

The main thing from the manager is I need them to have connections. I'll still keep you in mind though.

I completely understand your position, but unrelated to this position, in general, I think connections/management abilities are balanced approx. 50/50.

Edit: Another option is to look for managers and recruiters separately
