You may know me from around here, but if you don't my name is Aaron. I've been a member of MCM for about 6 months now. Since that time, I have been in some way, shape, or form a manager for multiple servers like Vector Prison, Curiosity, and Miner's Void.
I like to think of myself as having sufficient experience to run your server as manager.

What I Can Offer
- Writing - I offer a writing service; many people were quite happy with my work.
- Staff Management - Sufficient knowledge on who to reject and accept as potential staff, searching to see if applications are stolen. Staff that are accepted will be monitored by myself. This includes helping them improve with responding in certain situations, making sure they are active(setting probation), and keeping morale high.
- Forum Management - Posting announcement threads, moderating posts, comments, etc.
- Budget/Service Searching - Making sure you, the server owner(s), get the best possible deal on certain services such as advertising, developers, hosting, etc.
- Misc - I can offer ideas, suggestions, etc.

- Custom Enchantments (/voteshop)
- Drugs
- Vexors have been added (/voteshop) - You can obtain these via minecrates and voting.
- New /quests list GUI
- New quests have been added across the prison.

More Information:
- This is NOT a paid job, especially for those servers who are just starting out. If I see a massive increase in success, I may ask for some pay in return.
- I will be working for multiple servers. I will not promote any of them, including yours, in either way outside of their communities.
- Even though I may be working for multiple servers, I am one to multitask. I will be spending at LEAST 11 hours with our community. Not necessarily on the server, but definitely active. I'm reachable all day 4 days of the week.
