Hello my name is Kyle and im 16 years old i want to start my new career as manager and i would like to get some experience from servers by working so ill get more experience, get better etc.

=-What Im looking for?-=​

I dont really mind what type of server it is but im looking for servers which has potential and big dreams of being a huge server because the servers i worked with before were small and didn't really make it to the big time.

=-Payment-=​

I dont ask for a lot since im only starting off and depends on the job payment will come from 20-45(negotiable) dollars per month this can include server setup finding staff and etc.

=-Experiences-=
As i have said before I dont have much experience and I will try my best to accomplish what you asked for. Im good at managing servers/staff and basically what a server needs.

=-Online-=
I will be online at least once a week depending on when you want and what i need to do i will always finish my job before i go offline and if im not online on server i will always be in reach with the owner and all the staffs.

You are 16 years old, as I could see, but, the way you write, could be a problem in finding a server with potential. Server Owners are looking for a mature, professional Manage who is capable of doing forum posts, and other fun stuff that does need the capability of writing in a formal way. Also, $20 - 45 / month, is an extremely high amount of things that some Managers do, for free, + more stuff that is specifically stated. Also, finding Staff Members shouldn't a problem for Dedicated Server Owners.

Anyways, no hate, just tips on improving your chances on finding a position that suits your needs!

Thank you so much but the things i put on here is just to give an idea and to make them interested if they were to really see who i were and to be interested they should contact and price is negotiable... so 20-45 can easily be a lot lower.
