Introduction

Greetings,

Let me first introduce myself. I'm Scharf, and I've been involved within the Minecraft community as a player and staff member for over four years now. At the moment, I'm a high school junior that puts a lot of focus on academics, taking several college and AP level courses. Besides focusing on school, I enjoy gaming (playing Minecraft & Overwatch especially), and photography.

Ever since I joined the Minecraft community, I've always felt drawn to staffing and moderating. From servers such as PotterworldMC to Mineplex and The Hive, I have always put my heart and soul into my responsibilities. I am currently looking for a paid (preferred) managerial position, preferably on an actual server/network.


Experience

Mineplex (40k Players @ the time)
| February 2015 - February 2017 |
- Held the rank of Senior Moderator; part of Trainee Management as one of the team managers.
- Awarded the Staff of the Month award for work as one of the recruitment team managers.
- Worked way up from Helper (now Trainee), to Senior Moderator.
- Processed staff applications and provided support for applicants (processed over 13k applications).
- Additional moderation responsibilities.
- Left on good terms.

PotterworldMC (200 - 300 Players)
| February 2016 - November 2017 |
- Held the rank of Head Staff; lead the Raven house and Raven staff team with over twenty staff members.
- Lead the build team (in terms of management and paper work).
- Helped manage the general staff team with over ninety members.
- Processed appeals and provided support on the online store.
- Responsibility of interacting with community and player base on a daily basis.
- Managed the Twitter platform.
- Left on good terms.

The Hive (4k - 7k Players)
| November 2017 - December 2017 |
- Held the rank of Moderator.
- Performed expected moderation responsibilities.
- Left on good terms.


Skills
- Super active on gaming community websites.
- Familiar with social media management.
- Super focused on community interaction and staff happiness.
- Proficient in Google Drive/Docs.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude, however can be serious.
- Responsible and active individual.
