Manager

Good morning all,

I'm currently looking for a Manager or anything similar, someone who manages and such for an upcoming server (Beta release within the new 2-3 weeks). Preferably would prefer someone who doesn't charge BUT payment can be discussed.

Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Staff
- Looking after the staff and the players
- Dealing with escalations
- Regularly checking reports/appeals/applications (will get dedicated teams for this)
- Posting updates on the website
- Provide assistance to other teams.

At this current time, we do not have any Mods/Admins etc so we would like to use this opportunity for the Managers call to recruit what they deem as a good fit for the Staff team.

We are in the middle of improving the website/Discord so a keen eye in those sectors would help also but not required.
