I'm a professional python developer with 5 years of experience coding in general. I'm currently fluent in python, html, css, and also know a bit of javascript.

What I'm looking for:
Looking for a manager to not only find me commissions, but is also responsible for handling all commissions while I am busy working on other client's projects.

Payment:
For each commission you find, you receive 10% of the total payment.

Not to be rude but as a 13 year old I don't think your fit for this.

As a 13 year old can you really be responsible and handle all commissions and do them properly, efficiently, and professionally?
I've witnessed many 13 year olds Staff/Manage servers/shops and never have I seen one do it well.
You most likely have 0 experience in handling with ACTUAL commissions and if they ask detailed questions could you even answer properly and not lose a customer?

There are always multiple perspectives in which something can be viewed. Most people in younger age groups are, in fact, less mature and professional. However, there is always a chance that someone in that age group can effectively manage. I do find it uncommon to see a good staff manager at 13, and personally I have never seen a 13 year old finance manager. Nevertheless, it is up to Max to determine if he is a good fit for the position.

I've seen 13 year olds run servers with a playerbase of 500 , No need to judge cause your older then him.
