This is just my opinion on the matter. Being that I am 24, having people over 18 is a sound decision for a few good reasons.

1. If you are under 18, you are considered a minor. This means that due to your age, you can either decide to honor a contract or not simply because you are underage. Being 18 and above, you're more responsible for what you do and have to honor such contracts.

2. Most of the time, and this is my opinion, people that are 18+ have more common sense and a sense of urgency. Not saying that anyone less than that age isn't responsible but they are more likely to get work done and understand the importance of work.

Didn’t even notice my age was set to 17 in my profile.. Well, I’m 19.

And since this is a legal entity in the United States, it will be much easier for us to make contracts and payments and give WD40s if you’re from the US.

The age match's up Lol, it's not I know but I can't see where the server was purchased was this purchase made off of the site? As well I am confused why you made a second thread https://www.mc-market.org/threads/335910/ you know MC-Market has an "Up Thread" feature that bumps your thread to the top. Thirdly, from your last thread, you say in your original post "Payment will be either in equity, or $10-200 per week, whichever." I get that you will negotiate the payment, but that's quite a difference don't you think? So what would be a $10 Manager verse a $200 manager the experience, or will the price just increase over time? Lastly, from your last thread, it states "Please understand that you will be forced to sign an NDA. (You have to be either; (1) legally emancipated, (2) 18 years or older, or (3) have a guardian/parent that is willing to sign on behalf of you)" but in this thread, you are requiring someone to be of age, so is it that you would much prefer it, or are you requiring it? Thanks for answering my questions! I'm only 17 so I won't apply regardless, I am just asking the questions everyone else probably wants to know.

I had no idea that a sale was done for Zydox on this website; like I said, I bought it from Oxro, so I really don't care.

The first thread had lots of things wrong with it, so we just decided to scrap it and make this thread with a lot more detail. If you want, you can have staff delete that other one.

If your experience is good, then we can make an exception (Example: Tahsin)
