I am the owner of a Discord server with over 750 members, the server is inactive, but does have members which would be active if the player base was active. Most staff currently on the server are inactive, or just don't visit the server much at all. - I personally think having staff that are passionate, and will help get people active and get people to join is a good start into making the server active again.
