I have a substantial knowledge when it comes to administration and management.

I first got interested in 'Minecraft' when I was about 12-13 years old. As a child then, I always had an interest in the server business and being part of a staff community. I never liked being like everybody else.

When I turned 14, I really started to become interested in server creation and development (not just for Minecraft, but mainly Minecraft). I became more and more knowledgable and later on that year, that is when I decided to take matters into my own hand and put my hard worked knowledge to some use. That is when I decided to create a small company called "Kastic Designs" (Dead now). It was a little business me and my friend who was skilled in Graphic Design created. He was the graphics designer obviously and I was the website and small plugin programmer. It was more business over Skype than on forum really but we managed to raise 1.3k in the matter of a year and a half (Which all went to me because he came from a rich family and was not interested in the money). We both got really tired of constant requests and it wasn't as fun anymore. That is when we came into agreement to close down the business. Was a very enjoyable but also stressful journey.

I took a break for about 6 months just to do stuff I enjoyed doing and learned all new different programming languages. Such as firefly and deeper java which all can be affiliated with HTML/CSS.

Having created several small servers (none exceeding 10-15 players on average), I decided to partner up with another skilled individual with big ambitions just like me. We both had a large budget although we only needed to invest it into marketing and hosting as we both were already very talented technically. Under 5 months of development and hard work alongside an ambitious team of 10, I managed to construct a unique network consisting of custom game modes and designs.

The server known as 'Minevex' managed to reach 3k in around 3 months and had an average player base of around 60-70 at one point.

Sadly, as we both had to study for end of year exams, we didn't have time anymore, so we both sold the server for a rather cheap price of 1.5k.

I wanted to sell the server to someone who would keep it up but the network is dead now as far as i'm concerned.

◦ How can you help the server:

With my broad knowledge in administration and management, my goal is to keep a clean and enjoyable environment for all users. I will do my best to subside the server from blatant hackers and users who do not abide by rules. I will also integrate all my unique qualities and follow any requests given by a higher authority.

◦ How many hours a day on average do you think you can spend on the server:

I intend to spend at least 2 hours a day on the server but on average, I'd say around 3-4 hours. I am very good at managing my time and am not as busy as I use to be. More hours can be put in if needed, but definitely will be a consistent schedule.

◦ Why should we hire you:

I am a stupendous individual whom when strives to accomplish a task facile or vague, does not give in until consummated to satisfaction. When I first read the request post, I saw you were looking for individuals whom aren't just talented or skilled in one area of management/administration. Sure, we all have sweet spots and areas as of which one can be notably better at, but this is something that sets me aside from other applicants. I was lucky enough to have experienced the world. This fortunate experience has given me perspectives I didn't once see before. How does this all relate to an administration application you may ask? Part of administration/management is the ability to work and deal with all different kinds of people no matter the circumstance. Being bilingual and have been face to face with all different kinds of cultures as well as religions is a very unique quality to have. I am very good at managing big presence of people and can cool down a situation taking wise and thoughtful decisions under short series of time. Making things neutral or even better is always my top priority.

There is never a balance between an administrator. There is always a "techy" side and a "socially managing" side. As displayed in my experience, I am not just talented in managing people socially. I have a profound knowledge in the considerable "techy" side as well. Which when integrated together, creates an ideal Administrator. (From experience)

The server will always be top priority and I guarantee you will not be dissatisfied with my administration/moderation upon this soon to be successful server.

Yes: I am fluent in Spanish (mother tongue) and understand French and Mandarin fully. I learnt both French and Mandarin for 5 years in school as I lived in china from when I was 10-15.

You may want to edit this part. Considering this is an offering thread, you haven't read any request posts prior and you aren't technically an applicant! Otherwise a decent thread with some good details. I suggest going more into detail about your "tremendous experience" because right now you have yet to mention managing for a network with a playerbase greater than 100 or any larger service companies with 10+ employees.

Though most of your experience revolves around one server, I honestly think you're a great choice for anyone looking for management.

Yes, I have worked for as well as owned smaller servers with a PB of around 10-30. I just didn't want to make the thread too long. If people were really interested, I could give them any information they need to know. Thank you for the positive reply!
