My name is Luka and I am 14 years old from Croatia, EU. I know I already made one thread about this but I didn't add a lot of my administrator experience. First off all these services are free.

ArtMC - Manager
Player base: 20-30 members daily

ArtMC was a faction based server whit a decent player base. My staff position was Manager. The server started in early 2017 and was shut down in late 2018 because of finical reasons.

ExireMC - Owner
Player base: 30-40 members daily

The server was a factions server like almost every server today. I was an owner of the server whit two more friends. The server was shut down after one month because some people didn't like us and were ddosing our server almost every day.


JapanHCF - Staff Manager
Player base: 50-70 members daily

JapanHCF was an HCF based server whit custom features/plugins. My staff position was Staff Manager and I hired around 10 staff members. The server was running for about 5 months and was shut down because the owner decided to quit


SilverHQ - Manager
Player base : 20-40 memebers daily

SilverHQ was also HCF based server. I was a manager on there but decided to quit because they didn't have custom plugins or any custom features. The owners didn't care about the server just wanted to make quick money.

SaicoPvP - T-Mod
Player base: 1000 members daily

This was my best experience ever. Mostly because it was the most popular server where I was staff. I decided to resign because I couldn't be that active. The reason I couldn't be active was school. It was the end of the school year and I had some bad grades so I had to study every day and couldn't play Saico.


OstiaPvP - T-Mod
Player base: 500 members daily

This was my first popular server experience. I was T-Mod for Ostia for about 1-2 months and decided to resign because my application was accepted at SaicoPvP.

What big companies? And can you get them to vouch for you please! And these aren't reliable advertisement strategies, you can't state you offer advertisement management when you only rely on companies to do it for you!

By advertising manager I meant as recruting youtubers and other stuff that would help advertise. I am sorry if you got it wrong. I decided to remove advertising manager because of this. I hope you can understand this.

Can you ask any staff members to provide a confirmation? Not trying to trash or anything but this seems off. If you can provide proof you were staff on Saico I may hire you.

I will try but I was a solo guy and I am a solo guy in general so. Most of my time on Saico wasn't really talking to other staff members just in chat.
