I'm bringing back my development service as I'm looking for new projects to work on.

Software Knowledge

• Proficient in Java and capable of learning other languages
  
• IDE (IntelliJ Idea, Eclipse)
• Syntax checking (IntelliJ, Checkstyle or Eclipse)
• Version Control (Git through GitHub & BitBucket)
• CI Server (Jenkins)
• Rest APIs, Dependency injectors (Spring Framework, Guava)
• Database for largescale servers (NoSQL - Mongo & Redis)
• Build automation & dependency management (Apache Maven)
• In-depth in NMS development and working with packets.
• Deep understanding of CraftBukkit/Spigot.

Pricing
Dependant on the project (primarily the time it'd roughly take) but I will always try to tailor the project towards your budget, no matter the size.
