Introduction:
I am Zenon. Also known as Mantice and previously Plane. I'm a 15-year-old passionate Staff Manager/ Administrator. I love to work with people and talk to them. I have been playing Minecraft since the 18th of December 2014 which is 1 year and 9 months. I'm a sociable and nice, but also professional person. I like to read about psychology and history. As for sports, I play Tennis and sometimes also do some karting.

I am Staff Manager and/or Administrator. A description of what I think those positions are:
Staff Manager - Makes sure the Staff Team is running properly. Writes Staff Documents/Guides. You are in charge of the Staff Team. You hire new Staff Members, promote them, demote when needed. You examine the team and make sure you they do their job correctly. They usually cooperate with the Admins in order to Manage the team in an effective way.
Administrator - Administrators who are not considered part of the executive team fall into this category. Admins are mostly for in-game support to fix minor issues when executive Administrators are unavailable. They will also manage the Staff Team together with the Staff Manager. This rank is seldom given to Staff Members, as you normally do not actively look for Staff Members to promote to this level.​

I'm currently looking for a server to offer my services on. Although, I do not have a lot of experience as a Staff Manager, I do have experience with being an Administrator. I am a professional and mature person who likes to cooperate and talk to people. I will write a custom handbook for your server. I will be managing the Staffteam for you as well set up Forums. I do motivate myself 100% to put as much effort in as possible. When I am interested in a job, I will always be dedicated and do my best. I don't mind if I get accompanied by other Managers or Administrators since I enjoy cooperating. I am also very active with dedication varying from 2 hours a day till 6 hours a day during weekdays. In the weekends, I usually dedicate up to 8 hours to managing the Staff Team. I do not ask a lot of money for my services. Maximum is $15/month. Can be discussed
