Map adjustment

Hello there!

Recently I bought a 12kx12k terrain. However, the terrain has some things I don't want in it. I need to have it removed, and I'll pay for this. It is quite a simple task but I don't want to struggle with it myself. What has to be done:
- The underground should only contain stone. Right now it contains buffed ores and spawner rooms.
- Bedrock level should be on Y: 35.
