What plugins are you using to alter world generation? I highly doubt this will happen on Minecraft's default world generation.
And when does this happen, when you TP to a far location or can you find this just by walking?

Are you using a pre-made build/map

I use just my BiomeSwap and this happens

It's been an issue with minecraft whenever the version changes. The biome algorithm changes and thus new terrain is formed. There really isn't a sane way to fix this issue dude,

What part of the map is premade? If it's just a spawn or certain builds, just put them into a schematic and load them in on a new world. If it's the terrain, you can generate your own using world painter even if you have no prior experience. Just google a tutorial and you can probably make a decent terrain in an hour or so.

If you have recently updated to 1.13 or 1.14 new chunks will load and blank walls like this will occur. If not, possibly a plugin is triggering this.

I expected that to be the case since I had the same problem long ago, I can't remember how I fixed it though. You didn't answer my question,
