is anyone selling, or is there a free map with a flat 0,0 area so I can paste my spawn? Also if I built my spawn in the wrong area can I set that area to 0,0

If you paste the spawn not on 0,0 it is impossible to change it. There are enough free maps on pmc: planetminecraft with a flat area at 0,0, I suggest you to look there for something free.
