Marc Broke Something

Something is fishy with username changes. Here's what I'm talking about:

https://namemc.com/s?Menswear (ideal example)
Non OG example I just noticed: https://namemc.com/s?maxbin
Another example: https://namemc.com/s?Pcb

On the above names, the 37 days have passed. They are supposed to be available.
Yet they are not. You are unable to change your username to these names, even though 37 days have passed since the original owner ditched the name. This seems to happen at random, to both OGs and non-OGs.

Yet at the same time, some names still work and have been sniped:

I'm telling ya, Marc_IRL did something.
We don't know what he did, but he did something.

The Mojang API confirms what you see on NameMC, so its not NameMC's problem.

Throw, Brown, etc.

This happens a lot at random lol, seems to be something with the name filter. like "Cascoon" and "Surskit"

I'm thinking this might have something to do with this:

Captcha idea was shot down as overkill, but some behind the scenes things were tweaked, so we'll see what effect that has.

Yeah, it's been happening for long before Marc made that statement. Names that used to be blocked were "Skunk" and "Wombat" (they were requested to be unblocked a while ago though) and there's plenty more.

I'm not a web developer, so it's impossible for me to have broken anything. Nothing has changed anyway.
