Marketing/Advertising Manager

I am looking for a Marketing/Advertising Manager for my server. Right now as we are just starting, I would just like to contact a few managers to get some input on what I am making and if its possible. What I am making is a type of practice server you could say, its a new custom game mode I am making. I would just like to ask a few questions and get some input on advertising and if it would be a viable server.

If you aren't a manager you can still feel free to contact me and give some input to my idea.

I would also like some quotes on how much an advertising manager costs.
