Marketing Manager (semi-Paid)

Hymythic: Java is a semi-vanilla Survival with a medieval theme. We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager, to advertise and spread our server to users. As of now, we can not support direct funding to the marketing manager, but in return will allow specific details for payments. This is a paid position, but pay will have to be made up.

The best offer I could make to someone would be, upon the server reaching $300 in profit per month, a 30% return for two months paid at one time. Please contact me via Discord if you would happen to have a better idea.

I can understand how stupid it sounds. But, it's a payback situation in the future for your work. Not a lot of people trust these, which is why I have no faith in this going anywhere.

People are honry for money dude, it's dumb af, but you know it is what it is, if they don't want to wait it's there problem.

I have learned that over the years. I sadly do not have all this "money" to give people for minimal work on a virtual fucking game. If you do the work, you get paid. If you don't, you don't get paid. It's simple but I have already been contacted by 7-10 people that didn't understand the idea. Real world problems, am I right?
