Looking for someone with good experience who can help me get in contact with YouTubers to collab and grow my own channel.

I'm paying $10/collab done.
The payment will be made after the collaboration has gone through and the video is published.
A contract will be signed between me and the marketer.


PRECAUTION:
Before contacting, make sure you already have some YouTubers ready to collab.
I'm not paying any YouTuber, I'm paying the Manager only.
My channel is dead and I'm reviving it.

I don't want someone who's only here for the money and not dedicated.

1 collab should be done before establishing a contract as a trial.

Requirements for YouTuber:
Must have 5k-10k views on average.
English/Hindi.
