Mascot Creator *Free Preferably*

I was wondering if anyone can give me a solid Mascot Design for me it will be really helpful for me as I need it. If I can get a vouch copy it would mean a lot to me as I am low on funds.

You 100% won’t get me or anyone to make it for free. At least $20 is required for a mascot logo. They’re hard and you have to be creative. Anyway gl with getting anyone.
