My name is Mash, or Ethan, and I am looking for a management position on a server that is either already released, or going to be releasing within the next few weeks. I am 15, 16 in April, and I have been staffing on Minecraft servers for 5+ years. My past staff experiences are as follows:

I have worked on Factions Servers, Mini-Game Servers, HCF servers, Skyblock Servers, pretty much any server you could think of.

What can I offer? Once I am hired to your server and we have a release date, or if the server is already released, I would review what the previous manager has done. I would then try to slowly get the Staff team acclimated to my way of managing the server. The staff team will represent me and the server.

Depends on the server, if I see it's something I can have fun on then it would be voluntary.
