Hello everyone! Turbo is looking to grow our team out exponentially as we look to take our platform to new heights and new audiences. For those who don't know Turbo was born as a freelancing marketplace that strived to offer a discord based platform for users to connect and work together without worrying about service teams taking commissions for just talking to freelancers or clients. Since our founding last year, and since we reached over $6k in small tier recorded service exchanges(yes it has been a full year for us now), we have developed with our community and have decided it is time to take our platform to the next level and are expanding to become a general freelancing platform for gaming. With this announcement, we are also announcing updates on our discord about the exciting updates and paths we look to take in Q2-4 of 2020. We hope you guys are just as excited as us and want to come on to help out. I want to stress that you have to leave behind the concept/mindset of Minecraft if you wish to join our platform. We will be keeping that area but it is not our focus as we already achieved what we could there.

With this new phase of recruitment, we are looking to bring upwards of 70 people to our team over the rest of the year. Emphasis over the course of the year as the numbers we have for position availability are there to show what we look to achieve over the remainder of this year, not what we look to achieve at the start. With this recruitment, we are looking for the most creative and driven of you. We will be looking for people that are excited about our project and excited at the chance to not only be apart of it but shape it, emphasis on shape. Take note of that emphasis as we look for people that will come ready to contribute in their own ways and create their own tasks and ideas in line with ours. We look forward to reviewing your applications. I want to also stress that we do have paid positions however Turbo currently makes only very passive income. Our goal is to build the platform in Q2-3 to be able to fully support all the positions however pay in Q2-3 will be dependent on how certain teams like our advertising team are doing as that is our main source of income.
