Massive Factions Spawn w/ Terraforming

Summary
Hello all, I'm here to show you a factions spawn that has been made by iMatiBoy and I'm here to sell you this spawn under his permission. The build with terraforming covers a 500x500 area, making a huge exploration space for players. The spawn is very nicely built and has loads of space for any custom add ons you feel are necessary. We are looking for around $200 to $300 for this spawn.

Its probably advisable for you to add proof of ownership to avoid people being scammed, if this is not added people most likely wont buy this build due to its large scale, the build also seems like it may of been use on another server before due to a few chunks on the first image look like they have been world downloaded.
