Hey there, I am requesting a developer which can handle custom textures and change the attitude of a mob, modify his speed and way to Attack.
We have a large Budget. Pm me for more info

Custom textures, that's looking for an artist. If you mean custom item models, that's a modeler. There's free plugins out there for mob modification, more information needed about what you need the mobs to do.
