[MassiveCore] Factions Relation Tags

[EyeTunes]

This plugin changes the color of players name tags based on their faction relationship. It gets the colors from the factions config. It updates on Relation Change, Factions Create, Disband, and Membership change. Should work with any version of MassiveCore factions. (Only tested 2.8.5) There is no skin flickering or skin loss. It requires Factions, MassiveCore, iTagAPI, and ProtocolLib. (I will send iTag and ProtocolLib when purchased.)
