How do I config it so players can claim any land without claiming from the first chunk or claim they had?

As far as I know, you can't. It is made so players can't go around the map claiming random places. Claims must be connected to already claimed chunks. I do believe you could edit the plugin to made this possible if you wanted though.

Go to your factions config and in the "Claims" area set claimsMustBeConnected to false

Could you PM me your factions config, I'm using a different version
