You could try time4.host, but I'd just recommend you to buy a VPS and setup cPanel on it ( time4vps.eu ) for Storage VPS' and Then it's only like $15 for a cPanel license, would probably be worth it and just try to find a WHMCS License.

Time4.host is no longer a thing I used to go with them and I asked the owner of Tehnab which was time4.host main company they resold from and they said the reason they are down is because they didn't pay their bill...

UNLIMITED Diskspace & UNLIMITED Cpanel Accounts is unrealistic... I just looked up their offering from Time4.host and no wonder they closed down... whats the profit margin on that?
