I am in need of a bit of money for a git to a long time friend, so the best way I could think of getting to my goal would to be offering my services to those who need it.
Rates
I generally charge per hour, doing a minimum wage kind of deal. This doesn't include testing, only the time I spend churning out code for whatever the plugin may be. I mark down my hours in a word document, so you can calculate the hours spent. Per hour can be negotiated, if a fixed price works the best, we can discuss it over Skype.
Portfolio
I don't have many public plugins, majority of the ones I create are private or simply for learning purposes. I do have several mini games sitting around on my test server that I am willing to activate for you to try out. I developed a vote reward plugin for pvp.quickraid.net but they appear to be offline right now.

Timing
Due to school, I code in my spares and after classes. I generally dedicate 2-4 hours a night to programming. That being said my school work does come first. When getting a plugin, I will give a time estimate and break it down for you so you know how my time is spent.
