Application Format

There is not really an application format towards this development team. Yet we would like you to word it professionally, be as sophisticated as possible. Include some examples and proof of the examples and send it off to either one of the contact information linked below.

If I apply what will I receive?

Since we are a new business to the community, we can only offer a certain percentage of the money made from the services. As a team project, you will get 80% of what the project makes, the 20% will go towards improving Matthew E Development. Eventually as the company rises you will be paid not just from the project, meaning the percentage from the project will be lowered from 80% to an agreed fair amount of money.

Positions
API Developer

To be a full fletched api developer you must have these certain requirements:

· Age: 16+

· 2.5 years+ in Java

· A basic understanding of restful.

· An understanding of maven

· Able to create api to the team’s requirements

· Deep understanding of java 8

· Meet complete requirements from Developer and Jr.Developer

Developer

To be a full fletched developer you must have these certain requirements:

· Age: 16+

· 2.5 years+ in Java

· A deep understanding of concurrency

· Must know everything below and can create most plugins with all the API's such as Bungeecord, or Spigot and any other languages.

Jr. Developer

To be a Jr. Developer you must have these certain requirements:

· Age: 15+

· 1.5 years+ in Java

· knowledge of the spigot API

· Must be able to still work great with all the clients and to be able to create small-medium sized plugins with ease. Also, able to stretch out and can create large plugins;

Why an age requirement?
I am only 14 and (from what I've seen) a lot more experienced than most members on this forum.

Also just to note, I am not interested, but there could be young skilled developers out there who would like to join.

We will take people under the age of 15 into consideration the issue is some people that are inmature can't handle the stress of working with the team.

What is the point of joining this? I could make 100% the profit If I did this by myself.

Because we get an overwhelming about of submissions and because we offer high end development you will make more money working with Matthew E Development than doing it yourself.
