Matthew's Administration/Management Services(CURRENTLY WORKING FOR ANOTHER SERVER)

Hello there! Welcome to my minecraft Server Administration/Management Service! Need help with any admin or management work on your minecraft server? If so then you have come to the right place.

Introduction:
My name is Matthew. I am fairly young but that doesn't really matter now as long as you see I am mature,fair and cooperative. I have quite a bit of expierience on administrating minecraft seers before. I specialize in staff and forum management.

Forum-Management:
I always look at applications,reports,appeals and other important threads as soon as possible. Every time I check forums I will do my best to look at all of the important threads and reply with a detailed answer.

Staff-Management:
I have worked with Permmisions Ex and Group Manager for about 1 year now and specialize in managing helpers and moderators. I don't speacialize with higher staff because I believe they have enough knowledge in being staff.

Administration:
I am administrator for servers that don't have manager ranks. I basically do the same thing as forum and staff management.

Servers I like to work on:
Factions
Prison

Past Servers:
These servers I have been manager/admin on were not too popular but that's where I first started and now I am beginning to really get into managing servers.

VoidCraft Factions:
Voidcraft was a faction server. I first started off as helper but as the server progressed I had done some builds and other important things for them and soon got admin. But unfortunately, the server had shut down since.

Renegade Factions:
On this factions server I had started off as builder but soon started being more of an admin and got promoted to admin and then Owner.

My work is entirely free. I don't care much about money but more about the players and the server. I genuinely care about progression in the server and the community.

Although my work is free I do have some requirements for the minecraft server so I can work on it my best.

1. Atleast 15 or more players.
2.A well organized staff team
3.Decent builds and plugins
4.Mature and respectful staff members
5.non toxic communities (server drama,fights etc)
6.Not too many staff.

So there are my requirements but as for number 1 I can make exceptions if I see potential in the server and passion from the staff as well.

Wouldn't recommend. User currently works for a prison server. He contacted me and was interested in the services that I provide, so I added him on Skype. He asked me if I wanted to do a typed interview, so I accepted. As I didn't have much time at the moment, I thought it would be perfect as I could take my time to answer questions and not be in a rush. I answered the first question, then asked a bit about the server. Went away for thirty minutes, and got a funny message.

"DENIED. dude you took forever to respond"
