Hello MC-Market!
As you can all see by the tittle I am looking to start a KitPvP server with another owner.
Now, before I get into some things you obviously want to know a little about me.
I go by "Disco" on the internet and always have, I nearly three years of knowledge towards Server management, as I have owned up two servers in the past and have contributed to other servers as well by taking on the role as a moderator/administrator in the past.
I am only thirteen years old but very mature and have been working on my own servers since I was eleven. Also, Personally I enjoy the small server communities the most, Everyone knows each other and the community is less toxic as players are trying to build their reputation by doing kind deeds. This is my kind of server and always have been and my hope is to own something like this with about 20 - 50 players. Now, this doesn't mean if the server does "blow up" I won't let it "blow up" either.
When I'm looking for a Co-Owner I'm looking for these requirements, I can negotiate if you barely don't meet a couple but its ideal if you do.
- Has working microphone
- Can dedicate 4+ hours a day
- All ages are accepted just must be mature
- Must be experienced with servers in the past
- Must have discord
- I'm looking for a fun and likable person
- You can't lie to me I'm not going to own a server with somebody I can't trust
- Must live in the US or be willing to stay up late/waking up early
- Must speak fluent English
- Must show their passionate and care about the server
- Patience, it takes a long time to make a server!
This Co-Owner role will own 35% of the server, but this means you must provide 35% of the funds. I hate judging people if their fit for the server by how much money they can provide but I must put that into consideration as servers aren't cheap, good ones at least!:rofl:
Since you will be putting in you're hard earned money its only fair if you get some back in the end. That's why you will be receiving 35% of all profits each month. Now I hate to say this but I promise I'm not trying to scare you all. but if you do that bad of a job I feel I should be able to demote you. But don't worry I'm not that strict and will most likely never happen. I know I have made this pretty long but I want everything to be clear and be able to elaborate as much as possible. Also guys please don't hate on this if you're not interested there is no point and before I leave I'd like to throw in that in the future I think it would be possible to throw in some other game modes but I'm starting with KitPvP as of now.
