Considering they are from Russia, and this has been said to me, Russian clients don't have as much money to spend due to the declining economy, So they generally charge less to cater towards the Russian audience. I have done this myself as well, Earns me a lot more money being flexible, Where as EU/NA clients generally have more money due to the western world being a lot more progressed.

For anyone confused about the extremely good prices, from what I know living costs in Russia are also lower than most of us in the US or Western Europe are used to. As such, what seems like a small sum for us is significantly bigger for them. Or so I've been told by Leonex, anyway, after asking him why his prices were so much lower than expected.
Once you've made a name for yourselves you could consider raising the prices a bit, and you'd still be one of the cheaper teams.
