Hello,
My name is Phil and I am owner of MC-Anarchy. We are in need of some staff positions filled and am hoping some qualified people apply here. I would first like to go into the background of our server;
About a year ago we had a server up and running and was averaging around 200 players at a time. We were running very smooth for months. Due to school and staff being inactive we were unable to continue the project. I have recently chose to revive the server, and am hoping we can bring it back better than ever.

Positions Available:
Community Manager (Must be 18 or older)
Admin
Moderator
Builders (All ages, must provide past builds)
Advertisement Head
Developer ( Payed position possibly depending on previous work and experience )
Community Manager:
Truly this is one of the most important ranks I could ever give out. This rank is basically entrusting you with Operator, and administrative+ commands to ensure you can do a solid job when working here. The reason we have the age requirement at 18, is because this person needs to mature and able to be active and contribute to the community in a very strong way. The community manager is the face of the community. You manage the community basically. In charge of a lot of the events, how things are run ect. More info will be given out once a candidate has been hired.

- provide servers previously worked on
- explain why you should be hired
- explain why you want to be hired
- explain what the role of a Community Manager is
- As much information as you can give me about yourself
Admin
Our administrative ranks are as well very important ranks. We only hand these out to the best-of-the-best. We have 3 levels of administrative ranks. Admin, Head-Admin, and Exec. Admin. The requirement for this rank is 17, but we can allow younger candidates if the application is something that impresses us. Our admin ranks are there to work on server issues and be apart of the community as a figure-head, basically helping out as much as you can. A majority of admins work is going to behind scenes, so players may not see you as much. Currently we only are hosting a factions server, so your work may be minimal to what it could be in the future.

Moderator
Moderators are are very big part of the community. Our moderators jobs are to as in the name, moderate the community. Deal with players causing havoc, watch for hackers, and make sure everything is good when you are online. If hired you will have sub-ranks to apply for that you do as a moderator. You can be apart of several different types of teams that are involved in the community. Examples; Hacker Identification, Forum Moderator, and more. We have the requirements for age 16 here because moderators do not have access to admin commands, and aren't granted server destructive commands. If you are under 16, and want to apply, we could accept you if your application is impressive. If you are accepted as a moderator you will go through trials as helper rank if we feel you are unprepared to have full mod commands.

Builder:
Our builder rank in game is 'Architect'. This rank is in charge of all build projects on the server must be capable of handling tough builds that the server asks for. Our builders are expected to have past experience and must provide previous projects created by you.

- Have you been builder on any other servers?
- Why should we hire you?
- How long have you been building for servers? Is this your first?
- Anything else?
Advertisement Head
Our advertisement head is very important. Without it...well we cannot grow. We are looking for someone who can professionally get our server out there, and find the cheapest plans for us to commit to, when advertising. Must have past experience or knowledge on how to properly advertise our server.

- How do you plan to advertise our server?

Developer
We are looking for a developer who has past experience developing and is fluent in code language. MC-Anarchy Dev team are part of an elite team that help work on new servers and create custom features. The dev team will be paid generously dependant on the work they produce.
* You must be 18 or older. (can be lower)
* You must have a strong understanding of Java.
* You must understand Object Oriented Programming and the Bukkit API.
- Provide any other information you can and past works.
