MC-Arcade - Looking for Builders, Developers and GFX designers and more!

Hey!
So i own a growing/developing minecraft server called MC-ARCADE. At the moment, we are looking for the following

-Builders (5 positions available)
-Developers (1 position available)
-Moderator (3 positions available)
-Administrator (3 positions available)

Information on BUILDERS:
-Must be able to build good looking sky islands
-Must be able to build a nice spawn/lobby
-Should be able to dedicate around 7+ hours a week

Information on DEVELOPERS:
-Should know how to edit config files
-Change some messages in plugins

Information on MODERATOR:
-Previous experience (atleast one server)
-Kind and mature
-Good leading skills

Information on ADMIN:
-Three positions are available:
-Leader of STAFF
-Leader of BUILDERS
-HEAD ADMINISTRATOR - POSITION CLOSED!
-Leader of staff should have good leadership skills and analysis skills
-Leader of builders should be good at building
-HEAD ADMINISTRATOR basically must have good leadership skills.

ATM its voluntary sadly ;-;. And the dev position i am looking for is only someone able to setup and edit plugins. That isnt a paid rank. If you were required to develop plugins from scratch i would've paid and hired you.

I am a very well experienced server owner. I have had a server for a few yesrs but decided to coose it a few months ago because my derver staff were not capable of spending more time in the server. I am very kind to people and love working in things i love (MC Administration and MC playing). I can do things very quickly. In my server i wss the one that configured all the plugins out so i can also do that.
