similar to what Luxus noted above, you may not appeal to many builders without having some sort of background on this website. Your post does not mention any previous experience you may have nor a portfolio. Due to this, you may not attract many builders. It would be best you commission some of your previous work, build a portfolio and simultaneously reputation, then seek to expand.
